The words stay yours. The structure is taken care of. Move the slider to see a sample consultation become a clinical draft.

Fictional examples from our prototype. English is a display translation; the app writes notes in Albanian.

The conversation

“I've had headaches for a week, especially in the morning, and I feel dizzy.”

“Have you measured your blood pressure at home?”

“Yes, yesterday it was one hundred and sixty over one hundred.”

Points to verify

These are the prototype's original review prompts. Check the entire note as well; the prompts may miss errors.

Stay with
your patient.

From the first words to the final note, you decide what goes into the patient record.

  1. Start with a conversation.

With the patient's consent, record the visit or dictate your findings. Speak Albanian, the way you usually do.

  2. Read a structured draft.

Symptoms, findings, the diagnosis you stated and the treatment you discussed, organised in one note.

  3. Make it your note.

Review the full draft, resolve uncertainties and check allergy alerts. Approve it, then export a PDF.

Our language.
Your everyday.

Medical notes should begin with the language spoken in the room.

I'm Visar, a cloud and AI engineer from the Kosovar diaspora in Germany. I'm building Kujdes for the conversations doctors actually have in Kosovo, together with feedback from medical professionals.

We're testing Albanian speech recognition, including Gheg and local medical vocabulary. Dialect accuracy has not yet been established. The pilot is where we learn, measure and improve.

Help shape the pilot

Built together.
Starting with you.

We're looking for three clinics in Kosovo to help shape a more natural way to document care.

Planned start: January 2027. Four weeks, with direct support from Visar.

We agree consent and data protection arrangements with each clinic before using any real patient data.

A few good
questions.

What to know before the first conversation.

Does it make diagnoses?

No. It is designed to document what you say, not to diagnose or recommend treatment. AI can make mistakes. You read, correct and approve every note.

Does it understand Gheg?

We're testing this with recordings from Kosovo. Accuracy is not yet established. Unclear wording may be flagged, but errors can go unmarked, so every note needs a full review.

What happens to patient recordings?

The current demo uses fictional cases. Before a pilot with real patients, we agree where audio and text are processed, how long they are kept and how they are deleted in a data protection agreement with the clinic.

Do we need new practice software?

You can export an approved note as a PDF or copy it into your existing patient record. Direct integrations with practice systems are not available yet.

What do we need to try it?

A phone, tablet or laptop with a microphone and an internet connection. Recording starts only after the patient's consent. No special equipment is needed.

Can I try a real consultation here?

This page is an interactive example, not a recording tool. It uses five fictional consultations and prepared draft notes. No microphone or patient data is collected here.

Let's give care
more of your time.
